NMTA is an American rock band from Sacramento, CA. Includes members from Lord Mantis, The Atlantic Divide, DINO, Soulwood, Dröm and Among the First. The bands wide berth of infused styles finds them blending post-rock, noise rock, sludge, doom, stoner rock, metal and prog-rock with post-industrial and ambient space rock elements.

Influences include; Melvins, Helmet, Deftones, Tool, The Smashing Pumpkins, Hum, Nine Inch Nails, Shiner, Molly McGuire, Spotlights, Isis (the band), Killing Joke, Skeleton Key, Portishead, Mike Patton, Sleep, Snot, Primus, Incubus, Massive Attack, High on Fire, Failure, Mogwai, Clutch, Chevelle, Architects, Meshuggah, Dillinger Escape Plan, Tomahawk, Electric Wizard, Mastodon and many others.

They are currently booking US shows on the West coast and are working on a full-length album. NMTA released their first EP on 10/2018.
